Miley Cyrus tweets about the death of former Tennessee Titan Steve McNair

Miley sent out a tweet on Twitter earlier, about the death of Steve McNair.

Steve McNair was found with a fatal gunshot wound to his head along with an unidentified female in Nashville, TN.

Investigators say that the circumstances surrounding the deaths are still unclear. They are conducting interviews with visitors of the condominium complex.  No arrests have been made at this point in the investigation.

McNair spent 11 years as the quarterback for the Tennessee Titans. He lead them to the Super Bowl in 1999 after defeating the Buffalo Bills in the “Music City Miracle”.  They lost the Super Bowl that year to the Rams, but it was a memorable season for the players and all the Titan fans.

His last 2 years in the NFL were spent as the quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens.  McNair was a 3-time Pro bowler and the Co-AP MVP in 2003.

Steve McNair leaves behind his wife Mechelle, and four sons: Steve Junior, Steven, Trenton, and Tyler.
